Bestweddingaway organises weddings for foreigners, in Italy and in other countries. Our role is to assist the wedding couple in making their dream day become a reality. Where requested we will advise you on everything from your logistical needs to your aesthetic desires. Whatever your needs are, such as selecting a location for the wedding ceremony, or to the finer details of helping to choose which wine to have with your meal; our team is there to help you develop your wedding ideas and make all your wishes come true. The Bestweddingaway team are involved in the wedding planning as much or as little as you like. By using a local wedding planner for destination weddings ensures that

The Bestweddingaway team is a mixture of nationalities, all speaking fluent English. The experienced team includes individuals with knowledge in other aspects of business and event/project management on an international level. The Bestweddingaway team is comprised of highly-educated professionals with proven track records of success, so you can feel comfortable in the knowledge that your dream wedding is in safe hands.
Our strengths lie in our ability and experience in identifying stunning wedding locations. We are constantly undertaking rigorous searches for new suppliers, as well as reviewing the service of existing suppliers, to ensure they all have an excellent reputation, with years of solid experience and will work closely with us in order to make your wedding day perfect. During this meticulous procedure, we test all suppliers before we allow them to be part of our portfolio to ensure we can speak personally and with experience about the service they provide. Here are the three main criteria that are verified before working with us:
- To have an established, successful track record - evidence is required
- To be in a sound financial position - so there is not the risk of the company going out of business before a wedding
- To have third party liability insurance for the products and services offered

Our office is located in Veneto, to the east of the beautiful Lake Garda. The Bestweddingaway wedding planning services cover locations all over Italy as well as in Greece and Spain. In Italy there are some fantastic locations around the picturesque Lake Garda but also in the spectacular Dolomite mountains, the romantic cities of Verona and Venice are popular destinations, as well as Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. We are passionate about selecting exclusive locations for our weddings and this is made possible by using our local knowledge and knowing what works best along with providing it in a cost-effective way. Each of the wedding locations we have available offer something different and they have been selected to meet individual tastes. Pricing Strategy
At Bestweddingaway our strength lies not just in our ability to understand and meet your needs, but to be clear and open in what we charge our clients. Throughout the wedding planning process we will keep you constantly informed of costs so that your budget needs are also met.
We strive to be transparent and open on our pricing structure. We always negotiate with each supplier the best possible deal on your behalf and do not receive commission from third party vendors. The reason we do this is to demonstrate our skills at delivering the best value for money. We aim to make your plans as effortless, unambiguous and straightforward as possible. All costs on your invoice are broken down clearly. Costs normally comprise of: bills from each supplier used for your wedding (these are available to you upon request); our service fee is a percentage of the total amount spent on third party suppliers; the fee for arranging your civil ceremony and the completion of the related paperwork (Best Wedding Kit), and VAT. Working Together
Step One - Initial contact is made to Bestweddingaway by the couple, via email, our contact page, or telephone. At this stage you will give us some preliminary information about your wedding, for example; possible dates, preferences to setting or mood, number of guests, etc.
Step Two - From this outline information we then supply you with a preliminary quote, along with Your Essential Wedding Guide and Your Essential Pricing Guide. At this stage you will be required to pay a deposit and to sign a Deposit Form.
Step Three - We will work with you to get further details agreed on the Wedding and then send you our Creative Detailed Proposal which includes final prices, the finer wedding details and itinerary.
Step Four - Once the agreed Creative Detailed Proposal and Serivce Agreeement are signed off there will be a further payment required to secure your bookings.
Step Five - The Wedding organisation begins and we send you your login details for your Best Wedsite and Web Project Planner so you can keep track of progress and any actions you are required to fulfill. Back to top

However the locations we offer allow you the possibility to have a magical wedding surrounded by snow, in the spectacular mountains of the Dolomites to the truly romantic Valentine’s wedding day in the city of love, Venice. Essentially we are able to give you the style of wedding you want whenever you want it! So if you’re looking to contact us in autumn for a spring wedding or in summer for a winter wedding, we are available to assist, advise and make it happen in the time frame you want.
